An exhibition stand requires a recognisable appearance

For HCI, we designed an exhibition stand and organized the entire construction. In addition to the fact that the stand had to look perfectly in line with the corporate corporate identity, we also developed a video that covered the various HCI software labels. This video was also used on socials to get the stock market promotion started.

Exhibition stand design and promotion material online and print

The presence on the stock market is a significant investment in both time and money. It is therefore essential to ensure that the promotion for the stock market was in order. Both online, for example, a social media campaign and a targeted ads campaign, we paid a lot of attention to promotional material that could be used by staff to invite relations. On the show floor itself, the actions were supported by well-designed promotional material.

The aftercare of the fair virtually via the digital twin

In addition to promotional material for the announcement and presence at the fair, we created a digital twin to give the exhibition stand a second life. By making a digital 3D scan of the exhibition stand, we were able to use it even after the trading days. We have added so-called design experiences in the virtual stand. These are digital information points where, for example, you can view videos, product information, etc. But what we've also developed is a social digital meeting place. In the first weeks after the fair, the virtual stand was the digital meeting place for visitors to the fair and staff to further discuss their wishes and experiences. The exhibition stand now suddenly became a variant of the well-known zoom of teams. Watch here the digital twin of the HCI exhibition stand.
